ClickMedia launches it's new ticketing system

This new system will benefit our customers with multiple ways:

  • Our response times to support requests will be improved
  • We will provide more timely notification of the status of your requests
  • Our customers will have access to their support history.

With the new system, every communication with ClickMedia’a support departments creates a new support request (or «ticket»), which is under the control of OTRS with all the above benefits.

We want to thank the 400 companies that have trusted ClickMedia so far, and we do this in practice, continuing to invest in changes that have a direct benefit to you!
